US players try the Ultra Pre-paid card route... I went and setup a ING Direct account only to find that the Master Card they sent me wouldn't deposit so I tried the Ultra route and it took my Visa Debit just fine... could have been playing real money a week ago instead of waiting for all the rigamarole on setting up a deposit method... will write when I make enough money to withdraw,  ... |
