| I do not understand. I registered with the bonus code in order to receive the bonus money. Offered to enter into any community and promised to send playing cards. Supporting players ignored the e-mail. How to understand the issue? How to receive a bonus and how to get cards? In what community I entered, and where it could be more? |

As i signed up to full tilt a while ago now I am unaware of the free deck of cards and whatever this community it is you speak of...
But to get your bonus you must play real money and earn FTP's and as you earn more your bonus will be deposited into your account in installments...
If that didnt answer your question im sorry but your not making much sense. |

wobz...you have to remember we have players from various countries and English may not be their first language. You have to do your best to make out what the question is.

If you signed up for FTP using a bonus code that promised a deck of cards you will receive the free deck but shipping can oftentimes be quite slow. Support is also perpetually behind but they try their best and will always eventually get back to you. Just maintain your patience and everything will work out. As for your bonus...this comes out in increments based on how may FTP (points) you earn by playing. You can check out the General Questions section to read about these points. Good luck to you. |
