FTPs servers are getting overloaded with new players. What, am I the only one who has noticed that the playing field of players here just jumped about 3-4k at any given time?

I'm sure this has a direct effect of all the pros and players wearing FTP gear at the World Series, not to mention TV ads and commercials attracting players to come play with the pros, their selling point.

Give FTP some time to adjust to the sudden influx of new players. They want what we all want. Game time without interruption. They make money, we try to make money, this is the ideal situation for them, so just have some understanding.

I'm not happy about crashes either, but if you want to avoid this sort of thing, then go play brick and mortar.

Soory, while I understand bei what happensng sympathetic about others' plights, FTP has been advertising heavily, and if they were not prepared for an inlflux as a result of new users as aresult of that advertising, then the blame for bad planning fals squarely on their shoulders.

We know what happens (remember the Vicotria's Secret ad during the Super Bowl a few yars back?) when you promote heavily. There is simply no excuse to not have an adequate infrastuture in place in anticipation of demand.

PLEASE invest in your infrastructure, not just on cute commercials & tv shows. You lose money, customers, and consumer confidence when you simply don't build the infrastructure to keep up with the growth of your company.

Consider how simple it is for me to just click on the party poker, poker stars, or paradise poker icons on my screen - when you crash. I have never experienced a system crash on their sites, and they have more customers that you do!

By the way, I HAVE received prompt responses whenever I have contacted support. Thank you. Each time your system shuts down I receive an e-mail notice/apology - thank you.

I understand that folks who played online for money when the crashes have happened received $10. I am a free play cheapo - but have been online 2-3x's during a crash and never received anything. No playchips, no credits. what gives?
thanks,
Ludaddy
