I think if there wasn't a minimum, or at least if the minimum was like 5 bucks then a lot more people would do it and wouldn't think about it all that much. Cause I mean I'm really ready to start playing for real money pretty soon. But 50 dollars to me seems a little too high. I'm just complaining here.
What are other peoples thoughts? |

Yeah.
I use to wish the min. deposit was smaller too.
I'm not sure about $5, heh, but $25 would of been nice. I don't really think $5 would get you very far on FT. |

| Realistically even with $50 your not going to do anything unless you are playing micro SNG's. $50 is not really a lot of money at all in poker terms, even at low/mid stakes. |

| The truth is, if you can't afford $50 you shouldn't be depositing money period. I say this because you can start and build a bankroll for free if you're willing to put in the time. It's not an easy thing to do but there is no risk if you're short on cash that you should be using for other things. It can be a great lesson in discipline. Good luck to you. |

gypsy let me use my self as a example , im retired and not at all
hurting for cash under my roof
i enjoy poker a lot ,i also enjoy winning over looseing and i have a life
time poker allowance [meaning i can afford to loose it every month .
but i wont take money from other areas of my budget so i found
my self out on tilt
but still haveing 30.00 in my epassport acc so i would have rather
played here at tilt but thirty wouldent cover [the 45.00 tilt wants ]
so i deposited it at stars [i have multiple poker sites ] ten will get u in at A P ,

| All right, all right...you have a disclaimer. I was directing that more toward the young folks out there who haven't completed their life's work yet. |

little work around.
deposit on stars. their minimum deposit is lower. then come to this forum and request a trade. minimum deposit is meaningless now. |
