Hi.
I joined tonight and added funds by Maestro debit card but I can't see a way to withdraw back to the same card? Am I gonna have to open a netteller or moneybookers account to get cash out? Why not back onto my debit card??

True...but a serious pain in the @rse. I gotta scan in some photo ID and utility bills, mail 'em to support and wait 15 working days for a cheque that i've then gotta take down the bank and deposit, wait another 3 days for it to clear.
Every other site i've played on you simply withdraw back to the card you deposited with.....please tell me this i'm missing something. |

Hi Ciderbloke.
It really all depends on whether your card is CFT enabled. CFT Standing for Cardholder Funds Transfer. FT allow you to cash out to any CFT enabled debit card. Im in UK and have no problems, though mine is a Visa Debit card.
If you have just deposited that could be the reason why its not allowing you to withdraw yet. For example, pokerstars have a policy whereby you cant withdraw anything until at least 48 hours after your last deposit.
Failing that it's really not too much hassle to set up a neteller account - though if you go down that road you will need to make another deposit, with neteller, before you can withdraw to it. |

| www.ingdirect.com is a great international bank that will allow transactions to and from FTP. |

does anyone know if you can do the whole ID, utility bill scan and mail thing without trying to withdraw? like just doing it ASAP so that when withdraw time comes its not a hassle and the waiting is over with. it would be like a fast pass at an amusement park. you go do something else while waiting for the ride without actually waiting for the ride. anyone? |

| I dont see why you couldn't send in all the needed information ahead of time in preperation for a check withdrawal. |

| You can also withdrawal by bank transfer. There's no fee and I've made three withdrawals in the last month with this method, it usually takes about 5-7 business days to hit your bank account. The third withdrawal should be hitting my bank account any day now. |

Gypsydc, please explain just how this works. How do you deposit and cash out with ing? I would assume you are using it like a regular bank account...instant echeck for deposit and electronic check (not so instant coming back) for cash out. It's headquartered in Wilmington, Delaware and is FDIC insured so it must have restrictions as other U.S. banks. If that's the case what's the difference between ing account and regular bank account?
I have a few accounts like ing but I wouldn't give out my account and routing numbers not knowing who has access to that information. |

It's an electric orange checking account and I use it like a regular bank. As a matter of fact it is the ONLY bank I use. There isn't a difference between them and a "regular" bank account except that ingdirect has fewer physical locations which saves them the overhead and allows them to pay the interest rates that they do. Also, they work with FTP.
I personally withdraw via check. I never did have to send in ID or utility bills but I think that's because I had previously withdrawn from Neteller back when it was allowed. Checks are great, free, and they really don't take that long at all. |

| Was just wondering if you have solved this problem ciderbloke? Recently deposited myself and noticed no withdrawal option back to my card. Emailed support earlier but no reply. Also i've emailed twice about rakeback with no reply, must say customer service isn't great! |
