| I'm looking to get $240 on FTP from Stars so I could do a little. I know it's not a lot like you wanted but hey, a few little ones add up. Let me know if you're interested and/or want to wait for a middle man. |

ISUhock, please post your account names in the forum, publicly. This was your first post, so I hope you'll read the sticky posts at the top of the forum.
Christina, I can take a thousand, this morning, if that will help you out. We've both posted our account names, so PM me, and we'll get the grunt work done. |

That's not a problem, everybody starts somewhere.
Make the message look very much like this (obviously, some parts are made up).
Thank you for responding, ISUHock33.
My accounts are ChukNorAce (Flint) on PS, and abominable (F) on FTP. I'll be home from work in about an hour, and I'll post here, and we can get the trade done.
Most excellent. You'll note that you can't transfer to me, on PS, unless you put my City in the transfer box, so I included the city. FTP only wants the first letter of my city (hey, they better match, eh?) and the first letter is F.
Take a few minutes, are run through some of the old threads, so you can see a few trades that went well, then you can see a few trades that had bumps in the road, and you can see a few trades where somebody got screwed. You should appreciate the difference. |

I am JUST Christa1959 at PS, but closed that account a few months ago as I personally prefer Full tilt.
Statler83 is my sons account who plays regulary at Pokerstars and lives at my place.
The reason why i transfer my money there is that Pokerstars provides cashouts in my local currency which saves me additional costs when handing in a check at my bank. |

Can you still log into Christa1959 on PS?
Can you accept transfers there? |

Have not tried to log in at my PS account now for some months, but I have about 1000 unused FPPs there so I think it is still active.
I also see no reason why I should not be able to accept transfers there, but what is the sense in getting my money at a dead account?
Did all my recent transfers succesfully to my sons account and that has been no problem so far. |

It treads too close to the edge of the 'one person, one account' rule in effect on all poker sites and this forum.
If your original account is still open, and can accept transfers and process withdrawls, then that is the one to use. |

Pokerstars knows of me and my sons account as I informed them before i created my account there as we use the same PC and they told us that its alright as long as we dont play at the same cash tables.
I am also sending just money to my sons account and never away.
Please dont get me wrong. I just can not see what kind of cheating or abuse I am doing here. |

I'll just give you a bit of a heads up from a situation I recently had. I had not played at Ultimate Bet for about 3 weeks and decided to do a withdrawal. Out of coincidence the same day I went to withdraw funds I received a rakeback transfer into my account for around $45 or so. My withdrawal amount was $600. Later that evening I received an email from UB stating that my withdrawal had been rejected...they went on to say that they would not let me withdraw the funds as they believed I was trying to withdraw funds for another player (they were referring to my rakeback transfer I had recieved). It took a few emails until they realized it was my rakeback and not a p2p transfer.
My point is you may have troubles at PS if you recieve a transfer, then immediately try to withdraw it. Then again maybe you won't have any troubles, but I thought I would give you a heads up just in case. |

| He makes a good point. Pokerstars as far as I know do have a rule whereby transferred funds cant be immediately withdrawn, they have to be put into action and gambled, but im not sure what the release requirements are. In my case its never an issue since Im always on but he's right that you should bear it in mind |

That is exactly the point why I am not that happy with sending 2,5k to a dead account just activated for some hours to cash the whole amount out again.
My son is playing a lot there and cashes out every now and then and would have no troubles with withdrawing for sure.
If that is not possible it doesnt help anyway - I just dont see a reason why it shouldnt as i just send money to a "other" account and not away from. |
