What would be the best starting hand in Omaha poker? I assume it's not AAAA, but probably more like AAKK right?

Maybe AAKK with each of the aces being the same suit as the kings?

Hi, i wrote a software able to calculate Hutchinson points of each starting hands and it works also on ft with autoread.
You can google for "Hutchinson Point Count System" or "Omaha Poker Coach" to study this method to select good starting hands.
This method does not look at an Omaha hand as a series of two card units. It takes into account all four cards at once and awards points based on the basic two card low and gives additional points for kickers, pairs and suited cards.

AAKK is just another hand in omaha, i see people go berzerk with this piece of crap and get busted by running straight cards all the time. If you can get most of your chips in preflop with it ok, if not i wouldnt even raise with it.

AAKK double suited or AAJ10 double suited are the strongest. It's just no hand is a huge favorite pre-flop in PLO.
