You are all the way up to your fourth post, with this one, so let me tell you about my fears. Perhaps you can allay those fears.

1. You jumped into the forum, you did not read any of the threads on the forum. You just jumped in.

2. Even though there is a 'sticky' thread at the top of the forum, you did not read that either. NEW TRADERS START HERE. You did not start there. You jumped right in.

3. You did not read any of the warnings, on, geez, a couple dozen threads, warning DO NOT accept communication from AIM, ICQ, MSM, or any of those messaging services. YOu're better off having all communication public, where everybody can see it, and can help you out.

4. Because you did not read any of the threads, you did not read about 'scammers', some of whom try to impersonate real, respected, members of this forum. There are a couple of threads dealing with pmarrsouth (watch that EXACT spelling: 2 r's, one S) on this forum, who is a respected member. There is an impostor, named pmarssouth (1 r, 2 s's, see the difference?).

So help us out here:
How were you contacted? On AIM, or by a post here in the forum? By private message? Please list full details.

To what account did you actually send money? Provide details.

The members of this forum can help someone else out, and hope that some new member will not get ripped off, assuming that the new member is at least going to read the other threads in the forum.
