I've had a week in which I can't get connected to the poker server. The window first says "Trying Again" then after several seconds says "Cannot connect to Server."
And yes, I've disabled all cookie and firewall barriers.
I can connect to the .net (free) site, but not the for real money play site.
I have sent repeated emails to 24/7 support over the last week. I received one pointedly unhelpful msg that said I should check my firewall settings. (already done) All other emails have been ignored.
I've uninstalled and reinstalled the software several times. Still no joy.
I therefore have a funded poker account which I can not access and support has been silent.
Has anyone else had a similar experience? Any options to contact fulltilt besides email?
Any help would be really appreciated. |

| I have the same problem, and no help or reply from support. did you ever get it to work? It's a real shame, because most of my favorite pro's support this site, but if I can ever get any help I'm just gonna take my money out! |
