Points are not transferable. They can be used to enter 'freerolls' or to purchase items from the Full Tilt store.

You cannot directly buy or sell the points themselves, but they can be traded here. This is how it works.

A 'seller' has sufficient points to order an item from the Full Tilt store.
A 'buyer' wants an item from the Full Tilt store, but does not have sufficient points.
A 'middleman' is an trusted regular who acts as escrow. He receives and holds the buyer's funds until all the conditions of the sale are met, then forwards the funds to the seller.

The seller attracts a buyer. They negotiate a purchase of an item from the store. The seller orders the item to ship to the buyer. The buyer receives the item.

The item(s), price, payment method, and the timing of the payment are agreed upon first.

If you want to sell
Create a thread showing the quantity of points you have available and your asking price.

If you want to buy
Reply in a thread and negotiate your deal with a seller. (When everything else is set, use PM to give seller your shipping address.)

Both of you
1. Agree on the items(s), price, payment method and payment timing before sending any money or ordering any items. Do this in your open thread. NO PM, IM, or email. The forum regulars can look things over, and get involved if something doesn't look right.

2. If you want, and one is available, use a middleman.

3. Leadtimes depend on the item and the buyer's location. Expect 2-4 weeks.

4. Upon final completion of a successful trade, (buyer received item received and seller paid), please post feedback.

5. Do your homework. Email confirmations and screen shots are easily faked. Research your partner. View the Alleged Scammers List each time you visit the forum. Get the regulars involved.

General

Items: Anything in the Full Tilt Store.

Price: Review the current offers. Often around $4/1000. Beware if much lower.

Payment method: FT transfer is most often used, but anything the two parties can agree on is okay, except Paypal. Posts involving Paypal will be removed without notice.

Payment timing: Entirely up to the buyer and seller. Some buyers will pay 100% before an order is placed, some will pay 100% after receipt of the item. Some will use a middleman.

It's best to research your partner before sending any funds or ordering any item. The forum regulars can help you. That's what the open thread is for.

Keep in mind that this is a private agreement involving money and anonymous strangers. Full Tilt is not responsible, and will not intervene if something goes wrong.

Use common sense and follow the lead of the forum regulars. We're here to help.
