A few days ago I tried to make a first withdrawal from the only real-money full-tilt account I've had. A couple days later when I tried to log in I was told my account had been suspended. I wasn't informed as to why, so I had to send an email to support to find out. I got a reply stating that my account was suspended because we are not allowed to have two accounts for the same person. Apparently when Full-Tilt started I must have opened an account just to check it out and try the play money tables. I had forgotten about this account and opened a new one. Now I'm being told my Real Money account has been suspended and the account on which I have NEVER played with real money is my "Primary" account. This means Full Tilt has basically confiscated my entire bankroll.
Although I understand why there is a rule against multiple real-money accounts for the same person, I shouldn't have my bankroll stolen from me due to an honest mistake. I've never actively played on both accounts at the period in time, and only one has ever had real money on it, so obviously I wasn't trying to get away with anything. I just want to warn everyone about this situation and ask what I can do to access my bankroll. Will Full Tilt at least transfer the money back to my other account? |

There has to be more to it than that.
When I created the account I use now I wanted to tranfer the money from my previous account . They informed me I had more than one account, which was against FTP policy. There was no collusion or anything. Once I opened a new account I never used the old account again.
They didn't suspend my account, or freeze my bankroll, or anything like that. But they told me not to create any more new accounts, and emptied all my accounts (each account had less than $1 in them) into the one I use now. If you haven't done anything wrong you should have nothing to worry about. They've probably just started looking into people with more than one account. It's easy to see whether you've been colluding or not. |

| I've now been told they will transfer my bankroll from the suspended account to the other, which is a relief. I'm still a little ticked that they chose to suspend my account without giving me any justification. And when I did ask why it had been suspended the option of having the funds transferred wasn't mentioned until I pursued it myself. |
