I know im not aloud to ask anyone if they can transfer me money on fulltilt if i give them money on paypal. So im asking if anyone knows is there a way to transfer my money out of paypal to something like netteller so i can deposit that way?

I really don't think there's a legitimate way to do that. Paypal's policy and terms prohibit funding gambling, and while there are legit uses for ePassporte, Neteller, etc., they're also used often enough for gambling that I don't think Paypal would allow it.

I have heard a rumor about people using a Paypal debit card to deposit, but I couldn't say that I've ever done it or could confirm it.

There are a few sites that actually accept paypal. I think they're Betfair and Ladbrokes. I thought it was odd when I first heard about it because I thought Paypal swore off of online gaming.
