| I missed just this bad beat at my local casino last year (Viejas in San Diego.) I actually flopped the straight flush wheel and we only needed one card for one of the other players to hit an 8 high straight flush. Jackpot was $80K at the time. I was one card away from nabbing $40K! (Breakout was 50% for loser, 25% for winner, 25% to table.) I wish FT had bad beats...but I think it might cost more in rake, etc. |
