The worst bad beat I have ever had happened to me about a month ago. I was in a freeroll tourney and I was about to go to the final table. I decided to increase my standing by taking a chance with an all-in. I unfourtantely was only 3rd high at my table. I pulled the 8-7 of diamonds. The guy I was facing in the showdown had A_K of diamonds.
The flop came 9D,JD,6H. Then the river showed 10D. I was estatic at this but my hopes and dreams were destroyed on the river boom! QD. I had a Queen high straight flush he had a royal diamond flush. I was in shock and stop playing for one week. |
