Ok yall going to paste a copy of an email that I received stating that my ip addy was banned because my mother tried to help a friend out with figuring out what was going on with her account.
Hello Lisa,
Our investigations department has determined that your Full Tilt Poker
account is associated with other Full Tilt Poker accounts that have been
involved in questionable activity.
It may not be your fault that you have become associated with
questionable activity. For example, you may have used a computer in a
public facility where fraud was being committed. However, Full Tilt
Poker currently has no choice but to exclude all associates of
problematic accounts.
I certainly understand your frustration. If you would like to send us a
list of player names & ID's that have logged onto our site from your
computer, that would certainly be appreciated and may assist in
clarifying the current situation.
At this time we will not be able to reopen your account due to ongoing
investigations. We apologize for this inconvenience, but we will not
make exceptions. We appreciate your cooperation in this matter.
Regards,
Vivian
Team Full Tilt
Well needless to say again all she did was try to log into her account to see what was going on if it was just a problem on her friends computer, so now no one in my household that has an account on here can play. This is very disturbing, so my advice to you all would be either quit playing on here because they are unjust in their actions towards reports or dont make friends on here because it may end up not in your favor. |

| It wasn't just her. Some forum users somehow got their accounts suspended, probably due to some hacker. Anyway, people were credited $5 for the troubles of not being able to log-in, and all was well at the end. The forum pros could shed more light onto this. |

Playing on a secure computer is the first step in avoiding scenario #1. I do not play on a computer that anybody else holds a full tilt account on. I also uncheck the "save password" and "remember me" boxes on all websites. I'd suggest you all do the same.
As for hackers....they'll always find a way. |

It's frustrating, but necessary in fighting collusion in online poker. |
