There are not many, but these are good, especially Sklansky's book:
Sklansky On Razz - David Sklansky
Doyle Brunson's Super System Doyle Brunson
Phil Hellmuth - Play Poker Like the Pros

I've just finished Sklansky on Razz. It's the most comprehensive book I could find. Initially I wasn't very successful incorporating the techniques at the lower stakes I'm bankrolled for. However, with a little experimentation I've found quite a bit that has improved my game.

The low stakes players that you play against are primarily made up of the "maniacs" that he dismisses as so easy to beat as to not be worth discussing.

From what I saw- Sklansky on Razz is now contained in Sklansky on Poker. Or is your copy pretty old?

Sklansky on Razz is included in its entirety in all editions of Sklansky on Poker. The original book I believe is out of print and hard to find.

I've heard mixed reviews of McEvoy stud book. The used copies at amazon are too expensive for me to be willing to take a risk on it.

McEvoy contributed to Championship Stud which covers stud hi, stud/8, and razz, though the primary author of the razz chapter was Linda Johnson. It's a pretty good book, very brief discussion of razz. Tom is rumored to be working on an updated book solely on razz.

I like a new book on Razz I found on amazon: Play Razz Poker To Win.

I like Sklansky on Poker's section on Razz as well.

The good thing about the new book is it has some new strategies for play that works real well for me on Full Tilt.
