| my comp, or any comp in my house will not connect to full tilt. ive been able to get on every other site you could think of and for some reason it does the same thing everytime. it goes through the normal process (connecting, connected, site found waiting for reply, trying again) until after a few minutes it says "sorry unable to connect to server". what is wrong? |

Not sure what's happening but here is a few things to try.
If you are using a wifi (wireless) connection you could be in a hot spot that is not secure.
Your browser must also be configured to accept "cookies"
Be sure that your Date & Time control panel settings are correct. Your Web browser relies on correct date and time settings to make secure connections to the Internet.
Try a different Web browser. (download Firefox)
Download the latest versions of your Web browser.
Not sure if FT uses this- Some security technology will only allow you to use the same computer you registered your account with when accessing deposit or withdraw options. Helps them to identify you.
When going to web site make sure your address bar starts out with https (s = Secure) and not http. Manually add the s if necessary. I think this is done automatically when accessing FT through download but may help if you ever have problem getting secure connection at other web sites.
Good Luck |
