After searching and searching, the only thing I can find to deposit funds and play for real money is through Gatorpay. I (reluctantly) went through the entire application process wondering who I am giving this information to. I mean I answered questions that are asked when you order your credit report. I read some forums to see if there were any reports of fraud and read some technical error issues, but didn't see any scam warnings. So I preceded letting my itch to gamble get the better of me. After verifying by email and by phone (they call you on your phone instantly to give you a access code), I login to find my account "suspended" for "suspicious" activity?

Is this common? Please tell me there aren't other victims of scams from this company! Will I be able to at least lose my money on the table? Or is this a loss cause with the new credit card deposit enforcement in the US?

I tried to deposit through gatorpay and my card was declined but then mysteriously several days later there was a charge to my bank account for the exact amount I tried to deposit. Gatorpay says it was declined, they received no money yet the money is gone from my bank account. The charge on my bank statement is named as a mysterious cngcard.com whose website has not responded to my emails or phone calls and from the looks of the site has not been updated in quite a while, appearing to my eyes to be a front. I have disputed the charge with my bank and it is under investigation. We shall see what happens. These guys took my whole bankroll and the only reason I even tried gatorpay was at the suggestion of full tilt who probably doesn't give a crap about my bankroll.

Sounds like MyWebATM all over again. FT puts them up as new payment processor, many sign up only to get screwed. FT apologizes for problems they say is out of their control and eventually drops them leaving hundreds of players holding the bag. Sad

Hopefully that won't be the case and all will work out.

That's unreal. I'd rather not play than waste any time with such a poor excuse for a business. Maybe they should call themselves, Gutter Ball, because that's what it appears to be.

Last weekend I used Gatorpay, and my deposit went right thru.

Last night I go and deposit, I get a box pop up saying my deposit failed, and I need to set up a new credit card. I go to my online bank account statement, and sure enough, the funds were taken from my bank account.

I called support, I was told that they sometimes see this security from my bank declines the deposit. I tried to explain to him, they took the money. He said I have to get my bank statement, and fax it to them and then they will put the money back into my account. He said there was no money in my gatorpay account the deposit failed. I was also charged .45 cents, now where are they gonna get that change from???

I asked could I email a screen shot...he says no, so now I have to go through all this BS, on monday. VERY FRUSTRATING!

Also my other deposit method on ING direct accout is being declined now, and they also took my overdraft protection away...

geesh Mad

Wlee I recently used GatorPay for my FullTilt Poker account and It was fast simple and had no problems....so far so good.It is kinda annoying to have to go thru such a process when things were so much easier withdirect credit card payments.......If there wasn't so many Donkeys playing I wouldn't to have had to go get more money Rolling Eyes Good Luck at the Tables......

Mysteriously after posting my complaint and emailing customer service I was informed my account was approved after further review. I was able to lose my money on the table after a few weeks of play.

Good luck getting any money from them. They've owed me $2000 for over a month with plenty of excuses ranging from atm card demand/problems, then when wire transfer requested, more technical issues. They don't have problems taking your money, just returning it. Don't plan on cashing out through them, from what I've seen, it'll never happen. Anyone that has had success with them in the US, I'd love to hear about it.

I signed up for Gatorpay based on FULL TILT'S recommendation - I would not have signed up or loaded money with them except that FULL TILT recommended that I use them. After loading money (with a fee of course), FULL TILT says they no longer use Gatorpay. And in small print on Gatorpay's site it says you are not able to wire the money back from the same account that it loaded from. Nice. So I requested their "atm" card, been over a week and have yet to see it - will let you know, and also if Full Tilt will reimburse my fees that I'm out (stop laughing at me).

December 2, 2007. Still no payment from Gatorpay. I emailed Full Tilt requesting assistance since Gatorpay (which "was" a preferred vendor and has now been removed as payment source) refuses to issue credit. Response received from Full Tilt was to transfer these funds from Gatorpay back into Full Tilt account. However, since Gatorpay has been removed as a vendor, no funds can be transferred. Also, when I asked Full Tilt for assistance, no response after 3 days. Good luck all, I'm outta here.

Just recieved email from Full Tilt stating that within 14 days (????) Gatorpay will once again be available as a deposit method. I dont know if that means just for me or for everyone. FYI still havent recieved my Gatorpay "ATM" card - been over 14 days (they state 5-7 days to recieve it).

Does any of this make any since to anyone. I remember reading somewhere on some forum a one-line response regarding Gatorpay: "They will Gator yo money". Seems that person was on to something.

I've only used ePassporte since UGIEA enacted
Have had no problems. Takes a few days to get verified, but secure and no glitches.
