| Even the best players won't want to play $40 at a $3/$6 table. It's ridiculous. I wouldn't even play a $1/$2 table with that much. |

| If that's what you have to play with and that is the smallest game to play then I think I would still rather play than not play at all. |

Well Im sorry I didnt live up to your strict bankroll guidelines Jack.
But I dont think it really mattered in this situation.
Im not a pro, and I didnt have any more money to play with, those were the only limits available, it was my first time in a B&M casino, and I wanted to play (atleat some)
I play often enough online, hopefully living up to your bankroll standards, to know the risk I was taking, and based upon the above factors, I decided to play anyways. As it turned out I made a little money, even though I only started with $40. |

I recently completed my secong trip to a B&M
This time it was a poker club versus a casino
Freddy's Poker Club in Tacome WA. What a great place.
Clean, comfortable, and smoke free.
Small intimate place, with a nice menu, dollar drafts, attentive waitstaff, friendly and attractive dealers.
they had two games going 4/8 and 3/6 both with a half kill. I played on the 3/6 with $60 (sorry Jack) for two hours before I had to fly home.
On a scale of 1-4 I give it 3 1/2 poker chips |

That isn't "strict" and it's not mine. If you don't have at least 25 big bets, you can't handle even getting aces cracked one time without going completely broke. You sit down with $40 at a $3/$6 table 5 times in a row, and I guarantee you lose it all at least 3 and probably 4 times.
I'm glad you did well; don't get me wrong. |
