The first one is a bad one where there is nothing you could have done but I think the second one your just tilting and played it not as good as you could have

Have to say the first hand is sucks after the flop, but I don't understand what the hell you were doing in the hand in the first place. Limping that garbage UTG? It has basically nothing going for it except for set mining. Limping/playing this OOP/any position is just spewie.

Second hand seems to be a standard flip.

The first hand is an instafold. It has nothing going for it. You have lousy position and a god awful pair for Omaha.

The second hand-while I like your preflop raise, unimproved Kings on that board is not a hand to stack off on. There is a str8 on board, and you hold no diamonds. While I don't love your villains play, there is so much you are behind here it's not worth your stack.

First hand I don't mind limping, if it is a passive table...

The Results suck in this hand. Someone told me once that in the end losing to quads is a equity neutral play as you are going to do it to others and in the long run the money will even out.
