How does my saying people play bad equate to "It's rigged"?

How can you say you lost a pot ? It's looks like to me you folded pre-flop. The pot was never yours if you folded.

I'm talking about a different hand. I am commenting about O8 starting hand selection. 54 triple suited is not a hand to see a flop with. The hand in the one I posted didn't invilve me, but the guy called the preflop raise OOP with a pair of 5s, no ace, rainbow. Not only did he call a raise, but he limped UTG with it.

You know sometimes people play there game different than you do. So maybe he played the hand because he wanted to.

Obviously some people play the game differently and he obviously wanted to play the hand. However, it doesn't change the fact that it's a pretty damn crappy hand and the guy is likely awful at the game.

5538 rainbow and 457Q triple suit are junk, period. I'm just curious if you even understood the point of craig's post, seeing as your responses, until this one, seemed to have no relation to it.

I understand maybe the hands were junk but as I said before,

You know sometimes people play there game different than you do. So maybe he played the hand because he wanted to.

It would really be boring if everyone played the game perfect. There would be no flops, no bets and no gamblers.

Do you play every hand like a rock ? I really don't think so. I'm sure you play JUNK hands just like everyone else does playing this game.

To me there is a big difference between commenting that people play really awful cards in O8 and wanting to everyone to play perfect poker.

I'm far from a rock in O8. There is such a broad range of playable starting hands that playing complete JUNK is just spewie in the long run.

Ases-I obviously want people playing this junk, especially when I have 4 wheel cards or AA2K double suited. Unlike Holdem where you can reevaluate after the flop, this is split pot poker which means you are usually playing for half the pot. Hands like this have no real low potential and no real high potential. This is playing to get the lucky flop. At this level I guess I understand that, but I don't see any reason to invest any money into an O8 pot with junk like that.

If you want players to play badly why start a thread about how bad they are?

Why not keep the information from them as much as possible?

I heard somewhere that poker was a game of information.

Of coarse ranting in a forum is much better than at the table, where they are far more likely to receive said info, so carry on.

I know my GF would prefer I vent this way. Sometimes she thinks I may be trying to converse with her. Rolling Eyes
