I know I should've folded the river, but my curiosity took over and I had to see what he was calling with. I'm only OK at razz, so I need an expert to explain why either he should've been out sooner, or why he stayed in.

| He played it really bad on basically every street. You played it fine, not counting the river obv. |

He stayed because it looked like you were trying a steal on 3rd and he thought you probably had a brick in the hole. He stayed because you were playing an 8 in the door and he had a draw to a better hand and knew it. He stayed because he knew the chance you paired your hand was about 50%. He bet the river because you checked. Try check-raising the river next time. |

| Without seeing jeb8888's downcards, it seems to me that you were behind from 4th street on. Then again, the smooth call makes me think there was a good chance you were ahead the whole time. I guess without seeing jeb8888 play previously, it's hard to say whether they actually had a hand or if they just had no clue how to play. |
