| Has to be a straight or the hand would be reasonably unremarkable. I suppose that he could be playing bottom pair bad kicker to make it postable but I stil go w/9To |

| Without having seen how the guy plays i would have guessed 23 suited with 33 also a possibility. |

I find it quite disturbing the amount of posts in all sections of this forum about how terrible other players are, or 'llookk at this idiot'... etc, etc, etc....
And how 80% of these posts are from about 20% of the posters.
How insecure are you people?.... don't you have anything better to do.
If there are any moderators reading this, how about cleaning up the whole forum of these .... both the cry baby whining about donkeys taking their pots and there disgraceful unsportsmanlike posts about 'how I beat an idiot'.
Grow up, get a life, and if you're so good at poker, beam yourself into a table and win some money.
Really good players don't brag, or put down those less good than themselves...... aspire to be like them instead please. |

Actually I posted that hand because it's a textbook example of how not to play AA. I've played several hundred thousand hands of Limit Hold'em, and AA is the most misplayed hand I see. This particular example I feel shows why. It's not a brag, it's not a put-down, it's not a call out, it's the best example I could find of why you play your big hands fast, not slow.
So you were about to contribute something useful I believe? |

I had and still have nothing useful to contribute, as I have been playing poker for 3 weeks (less if you count the first few days when I didn't even know what outs, donkeys, fish, overpairs, suited connectors ..... etc. were).
But now I'll add this: he lost, with a 3 and a 4, as he was pressing the wrong button. |

| Could never have been an underset. When the club misses the turn and provides a straight draw, any set would have to raise. |
