Hi all i'am new here and wana say first i love playing at ft,,,but the support is the worst. First let me start by saying that i get a post card in the mail. It say's make 300 points by the end of november and get 100 in cash bonus. So i play like a mad man on here for 4 days and night lots of play i have made way ove the 300 points. Yet i email support nothing like 4 times and i get a reply and it says its been fowared to the right place .
So its been over 3 days and still nothing so last night i just cash out.
Dont wana play at a site were thay lie you .So my cash out is for a small amount but guess what happens?.After 4 hours i get a email saying its declined of course the cash out goes bad. So now iam relly mad and send a nother email and have to go to do it again but did get my money later that night
So iam just sad causs the poker room is so much fun and i love playing here but.. the support is the worst i am going back to were thay take care of there players
ps i sent 1 last email to them telling them all that has happend so we'll see what goes on

support here has gotten much better now. they email you back in a timely fashion, and they really help you out when/if you need any

Well i was wrong bout ft thay emailed me and put the 100 in my account.
good job ft i will be the first 1 to say i was WRONG bout ft.
now if we can only stop the bad beats lol
