| When I go to cash out it says "Your withdrawel request has been submitted for processing". Then it takes the cash out of my full tilt account but doesnt put it back into my epassporte account. When I look at history it just says "Queued" next to the withdrawel transaction. Can someone please help or let me know what Im doing wrong? Thank you |

It's still processing. Nothing is wrong. When the cash out is no longer in your 'history' it has been released.
It just takes a little while. If it's your first cash out it might take a little longer. I know my first cash out took longer than my second cash out.
The cashout process is not very clear for first timers.
