Tonight I played in the $14000 guarantee tourn, one I play in often. I have played at this site since it started. Up until tonight it was my favorite place to play.

At my table was a player who was constantly whining about everyone elses play, calling everyone an "idiot", "azzhole" etc. This went on for some time and got to the point where he was making comments about the players mothers, etc. Here is an excerpt from his many comments.

MindHunter83: im sure your mother opened that
mouth when she was &$!!ing your nig7er father too
il Lupo5 (Observer): nah, no kid if that was the
case
Chinnuts: ah and racist
KrivoK: hey mind............get a rash

I sent three emails to support, they did not answer or do anything. After awhile he was transferred from the table (by design or luck I do not know), but he showed back up as an observer and continued to harass us all.

Yes, I realize I can mute him....yes, I realize I can turn off observer chat.

The tournament was ruined for me and I am sure for others as well.

The part I hate the most is.... support did nothing and didn't even have enough curtesy to answer my email.

It is too bad that the "24 Hour Support" is unavailable to players who are being harassed.

Sincerely,

NoPepperJack

I have reported two people that i can remember to support for that sort of thing. They have always responded to me within a few hours with a reply stating that the person's chat was revoked.

Did you copy and paste some of the text including the hand number in your email to support?

How about you wait until the day after to complain about not getting a reply. Geez. The tourney started at 10pm, and at 11:47pm you're on here complaining at support.

Give support some time. They must get a million request by people, and everyone wants it done instantly.

I agree, people who go out of their way to make the site an unpleasant place to play should be stopped, but you can't expect support to do something within minutes of the incident, or to monitor every table constantly, its just not feasible.

JetsFan28....What's up with all the short comments on every thread? How come you are bringing up old posts as well? It seems like you are just trying to add to your post count without adding much to the forum. Not being too critical, but just an observation.

This morning I got a reply to my email. They did take his chat and I am greatful for their response. That said, several of you posted replies suggesting my expectation of a quicker response is asking too much. Well, if you want to argue that a slow response, mediocre action and the ever present "I am too busy" argument is valid, then by all means accept less.

For me, I would argue this is supposed to be a world class organization, through which passes millions of dollars. If someone had stolen part of your money from your account, would you be so patient? I do not accept the idea that slow response and poor "24 Hour Service" is reasonable.

Full Tilt did a poor job of responding.

Sincerely,

I guess some of us have more patience than others. I also don't think that this was an emergency and required immediate attention.

nopepperjack, I understand your desire for prompt and immediate service, but they are human beings and can only do so much just like any one of us.

If you get 100 emails a day, would you be able to read, act and respond to the 100th one within an hour and a half of reading, acting and responding to the 1st one?

They acted, they revoked the player's chat, they responded and acted in less than 24 hours. If you expect more and think you can find it then good luck to you.

I do understand your feeling of frustration for action to be taken, but allow for some time, less than 24 hours is a pretty good response rate considering the volume of support issues these guys probably deal with day to day if not hour to hour.
