| Ok I have a few things to say. Fist off wow bad play by both of you. In omaha having one card trips is never something to go all in on. Someone usually has a made full house or straight and flush draws. Yes it was a bad beat this hand but the reason you are broke is because you play like crap for omaha. |

I'm not liking this flop call.
- The flop is multi-way;
- You don't have position;
- There's a flush draw that is not to your suit; and
- All you have is top pair + 3-out gutshot that you'd be comfortable with if it hit (you may be comfortable with the A hitting given the table layout.)
I don't like the all-in on this turn because it's still a multi-way pot and it's unlikely (times like these are definitely the exception) that you're ever going to be getting called here by a hand that you beat. So you're clearly having to shove for fold equity and I don't think you're getting everyone to fold here often enough for you to make this shove profitable. |

| While I would agree that playing trips like that typically is a bad idea in omaha, I think given my impresion of my opponents it was a good play. I was 90%+ sure that if either of them hit that flop they would have check-raised or reraised instead of just bettign out or calling, therefore I was fairly certain that none of them had a boat on the turn. In fact when I called I was planing on check-raising any turn that did not complete a str8 or flush (with the possible exception of a K), which is why I really called and not because I was expecting to catch a big hand. Even if I am wrong this time then I still have 9 outs as all my cards are overs to the flop. What I think I can get called with here is any weaker 9 where they are the ones drawing to a full, or a wrap or flush draw. So while I did not expect a hand as week as this to call I would expect to get called here by a bunch of hands that I am about a 3/1 fav over, given the board and my hole cards, so pushing for folding equity here was not a consideration though I did not want to give any free cards to a wrap or flush. |
