| I was watching those heads up matches against the pros the other day and all of the sudden I got a message that said my chat priveledges were revoked...when i sent an email to fulltilt asking why they were revoked, they sent me a reply saying that i could get them back in a month, and they quoted something "i" said...apparently I was cursing out an entire table and stuff...which i NEVER did...how/why in the world would FullTilt think i did such a thing? do they record the chat coversations, or did some idiot that doesnt like me or something report me of saying those things when i really didnt? has this ever happend to any1 before? i mean, i dont really care if they take away my chat priveledges for a month, ill go ahead and serve the time, but what bothers me is why would FullTilt say i said those things when I never did?...my best guess is that somebody reported that "i" said those things, and so they went ahead and took action before any further investigation...i know this isnt a police station or anything, but come'on! |

| -well in that case they got the wrong guy...they sent me a bunch of quotes with a bunch of garbage that i supposedly said to some people...in one of them i was guy with the young elvis look-a-like avatar...why in the world would I make fun of somebody for using that avatar, when thats the avatar I use!...but w/e, like i said, ill talk the month without chatting, but they need to do something about that so that it doesnt happen again to some other innocent victim |

| If they made a mistake, I would ask them nicely to look at your chat log and verify that you made those comments. If you never said them, they should notice that in the chat log and give you your chat back. I have never had a problem with support when I ask nicely. They probably get yelled at all the time. |
