| Well, even though it seems like Full Tilt is recently getting a bum rap in their customer service department, I would like to compliment them in my recent good experiences. Recently I purchased "Small Stakes Holdem" from the Full Tilt store and was informed that it would take 6-8 weeks to be delivered. I was pleasantly surprised when it arrived in just a shade under 2 weeks. Not long after that, I sent an email to support reguarding a question about possible collusion. I recieved a personally written, extremely thorough answer in a matter of just under an hour. Last but not least, I was pleasantly surprised to see my last cash out clear in just a few minutes, a huge improvement on the long drawn out time of my last one a few months ago. Thanks full tilt, some things may need some improvement, but keep up the good work! |

| Customer support here used to suck, but I think it is improving. Maybe all this criticism is finally a wake up call. |
