One day june 28 I lost three major pots to the same person. I went back to the FTP downloads to rerun the hands and they were all missing from my downloaded hand histories. In fact surrounding these bad beats were chunks of hands missing. It looks very fishy. I have another source for the hands. Post comments to the nature of what you think is wrong with this. Some posts by people other than FTP employees would be apreciated. I just cant help but think that someone inside FTP or outside has hacked in.

I played yesterday afternoon and 3 sessions didn't record at all in the HH file(mostly O8, but Horse as well). It's the 1st time that I'm aware of it happening. Doubt it's a hack job, I was thinking it had something to do w/the new updates. I reconfirmed through the client that it was still directed properly and haven't had a problem since. Contact support about it, they should be able to provide your activity.

I emailed support 8 times on the subject and they are yet to get back to me. I want copies of your hand history files with missing hands. I am sure noone has the technology to hack in to a site. Its just not possible, right?

I guess its a bug that FTP cant figure out huh? Does the bug intentionaly wait for big hands? Does the bug affect FTP support so they dont get or cant reply to my emails? Will the bug never be fixed so that FTP support can come up with an explanation? Does ACHEMS RAZOR always provide your answers? Are you easily satisfied and content? Are you naive?

Once again does the bug affect FTP support so they cant respond to my emails? What would Achems razor suggest?

Forum pro means you have 1000 posts, we are not paid. In fact, even the moderators are not paid.

It's spelled Occam's Razor, FYI.

And Occam's Razor states to take the simplest explanation possible.

Concluding that FTP has decided to hack into your client would require a motive and some sort of evil conspiracy to take your money, as well as a way of covering these things up. Presumably they're a fairly large company and if they were truly hacking into a user's account, they would have to worry about a whistle blower at some point or another.

On the other hand, concluding that there is a bug in the FTP client is incredibly simpler, and if you have ever done any sort of programming, you would know how easy it is for a bug to occur in a program the size of the FTP client.

So, unless there is actually an alternative theory called Achem's Razor which states to take the most malevolent explanation possible, then I can't say I have a clue what you're talking about.

Ignorance must be bliss. Look up Achems Razor in the dictionary and then proceed to feel ignorant because you will be by your own acknowledgement. Make sure it is a large one mk. That must be one randomly smart bug?

But I think Achems razor would more likely say that the bug doesnt affect FTP supports ability to respond to emails. I think it would say that support doesnt have a clue, and not enough courtesy to even acknowledge my complaint.
