Ignorance really must be bliss, look up forum pro here. Then proceed to feel ignorant because you will by your own acknowledgement! Geez my check musta got lost in the mail because I never received it. Or or or maybe when they stole your hand histories they took my check.

There's an old joke with a million variations: Why do you always find something in the last place you look for it - because after you find it you STOP LOOKING. You notice that the big hands are missing because the big hands are the ones you are looking for - you don't look for the random hands. As for the the problem with the program randomly not downloading hand histories (and not saving notes on opponents-which you don't mention but may be happening, at least it is in my case), I am still trying to track down the issue. I suspect it is a problem with either windows/Vista or the Vista/FT interface or possibly my admittedly fairly high security settings. I have tried reinstalling; I have contacted tech support; and I have been able to get it to work for a very short while, which makes me think it's on my end. Not nefarious, but more likely an aggressive security setup protecting me from something I don't need to be protected from.
