well im sorry for this but i didnt know where else to come
But anways Today i was cruisn ftp in the sitand go section
and unfortuntly i registered in the wrong sit and go ..i only relized the mistake i made when i won the sitandgo
because a pop up came up and congratulated me and said i had a place in '1777423 Nov13 16:00 Hold'em NL $100 +$9' Tournement
but see the problem is that i wont be here to particapate in that tornement so i was wonderin if i could get the money into my account instead?
it seems only idel
and the only reson i feel Ftpstaff cant give me the money i won is only if it is Technicaly impossible..
Wich i very much doubt
I dont mean to be rude or in the wrong but its onlybecause i never new it was for tornement (that i wont be able to take part in)i thought it was just for 100$
but now i know whats what in sitandgo section so im sure i wont make no more mistakes like this ..u can call it a one off if u like...

Go to the lounge for the event and click "unregister". It'll refund your buyin. If you can't find it, go to the "requests" menu on top of the main window, and select "registered in tournaments". From there it'll show you everything you've regitered for, and you can access the lobby for them from there.

I doubt that you will get a refund or any money if it was a qualifier tournament you played and won. I'm not trying to sound mean or obnoxious, but it isn't the site's responsibility for you to know which tournament you are entering especially since there is a descriptive of the tournament in a box in the lobby as well as on the sign-up screen.
If I were you, I would either try to find a way to be on for the tournament or just chalk it up to a mistake and a lesson learned. |

Your best bet is emailing support@fulltiltpoker.com. Good luck, but I doubt you'll get your money back.

I agree with Jaconda about emailing support, but they will probably say that it is not possible. Because you got in through an sng, and because it is a guaranteed tournament, then as soon as you win the tourney, the buy in is already inserted into the prize pool. I did the same for the 200K guaranteed tournament a few weeks ago. I won entry to it a month before it was scheduled to be, and then something came up and I didn't think I was going to make it. So I emailed support and asked if I could get the entry fee deposited into my account but they replied saying what iI said above, that there is no way to unregister, so I just had to adjust plans to be able to play. Hope this helps and good luck if you are able to play.

I was not able to make a tournament one time and they offered to refund my original buy-in. So, if you bought into a 24+2 and qualified for a 200+16, you could at least get your original $26 if you are not able to make the tournament. I know it would be better to just play the tournament, but I could not make it and at least they gave me back my original buy-in. I don't know if I was a special case or something, but this was my experience.
