Call. You have four to a decent Q high flush. You want to encourage others to stay in the hand and make your draw more profitable. No one has anything scary on their boards so I'd call here and maybe look to raise on fifth depending on what everyone hit.

I'd consider raising here for a couple of reasons. Right now you're about 43% to make your flush( a somewhat obvious draw), but without any real high cards(except the Q) and several burned backup draws for the straight. Currently, if you miss the flush draw, you don't have much to fall back on to win w/4 others in it still, so isolating isn't so bad because it helps pick up ways to win the pot. If you had an AK flush draw, or a better straight draw w/it, leaving in opponents might not be so bad.
It is also an opportunity to get some extra bets in. If another spade drops it will probably be checked to you on 5th.(also, a raise here at this level will probably not push too many out, so it's almost a raise for value).
You currently have position, so it may also give you a "free" card on 5th(unless a A-Q drops on the board). If your position changes, say a non spade K falls on you, you'll have to reassess you're plan. Either continue betting, check/call or check/raise depending on the table dynamics and/or order of betting. I seem to get the most value out of flushes in Stud when either jamming them on the come, or catching them on 6th and 7th where they are less visible.

Raise 5th. Unless someone was limping along with a small pair and tripped up along the way, you're definitely ahead here. It's likely that nobody has a big pair here (unless, of course, they're a moron who'd limp buried Aces, Kings, or Queens. At the .25/.50 level, that's very possible)

For some reason, I'm thinking lawyermink hit his straight on 6th (86 buried); the c/c line is best here. On the river, it's up to you, depending on what you catch on the end.

If he checks to you indicating a missed draw, you can opt for the cheap showdown hoping your Queens are good (I usually don't like to bet the river with a single pair if I don't know the player, but if you have any kind of read on this guy, betting isn't a bad idea.); I prefer the bet when checked to line here.

A bet here may induce a fold; this will only happen if he actually missed his straight draw though. If you don't catch the flush on the end, fold when he raises you. If you did catch, 3-bet. Given his board, he can't have a boat, and while his action throughout the hand doesn't indicate trips, I don't believe he'd cap with a set after his check/raise got re-raised.

I believe he either has trip 4s, or two pair, 7s and 4s. I would go for the raise on 5th to try and determine which of the two he is holding. If he 3bets, he most likely is holding the trips.

I ended up not improving on 7th and folded to a bet. I appreciate all of the advice/criticism. He ended up showing burried AA after I folded on 7th. I think I could have moved him off of the hand with a raise on 5th, but then again maybe not.
