Live customer service is expensive. You have to pay individuals to answer phones. You have to pay a lot of money for the equipment and the phone lines.
They probably feel that the small minority of people who actually want live support isn't worth worrying about.
FTP probably doesn't even have a building. Their only assets are probably a few servers and the software.
What's eBay's customer service phone number?
How 'bout Amazon.com? |
Ebay DOES have a Customer Support #! I know, They emailed it to Me! FTP has HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERIVCE!!!!!!!!!! |

So are you guys saying I'm not gonna get paid? I withdrew a decent chunk of change on 5/27. Initially they said it'd take 7-10 days. Then I got an email a couple days later saying it "may take a bit longer then the initial 7-10 days" that I was tod about.
I haven't heard anything since then. Granted it's only been 14 days, but do you guys think I'm gonna get shafted? |

No 1216......
FT is processing WDS. It has been taking longer because of back up.
From changing payment processers. Hang in there seems like most are
taking about 4 weeks or so.
Good Luck........ |

| same for me, long time and no response. but what can honestly be done to prevent this from happening. Full Tilt is using and abusing it customers. Maybe the best alternative is to accept the fact you got cheated out of your money and try poker stars. |

| It is not acceptable that there is no live support. It didn't have to be by phone it could still be live by writting a message. An instant reply to your questions is the least a player should expect from a company that easily makes 300-400 $ every month from him, maybe more if he is playing regularly at medium - high stakes. Your bank provides you with a instant support and they dont make that much out of you every month. Some rakeback sites have live support. Full tilt support is simply not acceptable. |

| Only 1-800-TILT-PAY, for deposit issues only. Though I doubt anyone would fault you for calling them anyway and **** them out given the current situation. |

| I regestered for a tournament and when the screen came up i could not see any cards or other players I tried to email but the tournament was over before i got any help and i lost my money. this is why phone support should be a priority so i dont lose any more money. i am still waiting for an answer. |
