In limit Omaha Hi/lo would u raise preflop in late position with no previous raiser. This seems to be costing me alot of chips. Sometimes I limp with JJ or QQ's especially in hi/lo but sometimes I may raise to try to squeeze people out which really doesnt seem to work at the level I play at. Shall I just play the flops with these hands like any other drawing hands.

Ive been beat when Ive had sets of kings and Jacks alot in this game recently. I flop a set this includes normal omaha (Nuts cant be a better set no flush no straight out) Jam flop, Jam turn get called allin and the guy with the 5 high flush draw rivers me.

Nature of the beast I suppose. Advice would be welcome thanks in advance. ??

What would be your favourite Omaha Hi/lo hand AK 2,3 is one of my fav's but was missing for me all last night as well. What hands would u raise preflop with ?

JJ and QQ basically suck and K's aren't much better with nothing attached. They will always cost you money.

O8 again is a straights and flushes game on top of the low. Sets are ok, but easily outdrawn, so don't place to much value on them early on without backup.

I don't really have a favorite hand except for the winning one. I raise a variety of hands preflop, depending on position and whether I want several people in the hand or not. If I have a hand like A234, I want alot of people in the pot, so I'd prob limp in early pos. and min raise in later position w/several limpers. The reason I min raise here is to build the pot, not isolate. With a hand like A3K10, I'll prob. raise to isolate because it plays better HU.

Yep if ya got KK, QQ or JJ in ur hand and nothing else, it's almost a junk hand. Chuck it wait for better.

Look for KKAQ or something.

Even two pair hands like KK 55 your basically drawing for 4 outs, and even if you hit str8 possibilties for others are good.
