| I really don't think these sites have much to hide. They don't care who wins, they get the rake regardless. |

Exactly. I used to say the same thing until I started playing more in LV casinos. You see the same weird things, just not as often. Why not as often? Because you see 3x as many hands per hour online so you're going to see 3x as many bad beats.
Also, in low limits buy-ins ($5-30 tourneys and $1-2 cash games) you're going to get more "fish" that are too scared to play live. They think poker is straight gambling and therefore chase everything. To them, its nothing more than craps or slots. Put your money in and see what happens.
If you truly believe it is "tilted" in favor of the "fish", log every hand you play. If flushes are drawing out from flop to river more than 30% of the time or AA is losing heads-up more than 15% of the time, send you data to support. (side note:10 hands is not statistical evidence).
If you guys think FTP is bad, go to PartyPoker or PokerStars. I see plenty more bad beats on there and several times more complaining. Welcome the fish, pick off their tendencies and take their money! |

Hot and Cold.
I fail to see the topics where people are on here complaining that they just caught a hot run. Only when they get the cold one. I have hand histories from every hand I play on FTP. As I look through my hands I see so many situations where I get bad beats when I dominated the hand coming off the flop. This is poker. Welcome!
I have thousands of hands logged and when reviewing these logs and searching for pocket Aces. I have found that headsup, pocket Aces won 83% of the hands. By my calculations that is only 1.7% off the statistical odds for AA against any random hand headsup. |

I hope you realize that the statistics and percentages listed in books about poker that you're basing your theory of this site and others being rigged are based on millions of hands. What this means to you is that if you flop a flush draw you'll make a flush by the river 34.97% of the time, but it only holds consistently true over millions of hands of this kind.
There will always be swings both for and against, but all the statistical information you receive and basing your concept of things being fixed is based on a humongous number of hands played. The reason you don't see as many swings in live games is because you see so many more hands per hour online than you do in a live game.
If on average 20 to 40 hands are dealt in a live game per hour, how many hands in that same hour do you expect to play online? Play one game for an hour online, with play money if you'd like, and in an hour look at the number of hands you were dealt and you'll get an understanding of why you think you see more bad beats when the reality is that you're just witnessing the theory of relativity in accordance with the increased number of hands at work. |

I HAVE DEPOSITED MY LAST DEPOSIT BECAUSE OF THE WIDE SPREAD CHEATING WHICH IS EITHER PART OF THE FULL TILT COMPANY OR GHOST WHO HAVE PROGRAMS THAT MANIPULATE OR FORSEE CARDS.
ON ONE OF THE MANY OCCASSIONS I HAD A-K SUITED AND FLOP TWO PAIRS ONE OF THE OPPONNENTS PUSHES A RAISE WHICH I IMMEDIETLY RAISED WITH ALL MY REAL MONEY AROUND 112.00 HE CALLS ME WITH 8-7 OFF SUIT AND PROCCEDS TO GET RUNNING 7'S TO TRIP UP. THATS OBBSERD AND CAN NOT BE CATOGORIZED IN THE "LUCKY PLAYER" SCENARIO. IT'S FIXED AND IT MAKES ME SAD THAT F.T. KNOWS THIS IS WIDESPREAD IN THERE SITE. BY THE WAY IT HAPPENS IN POKERSTARS ASWELL. I CAN'T EVEN PLAY A FREEROLL WITHOUT SEEING A COMPLETE **** "LUCKY HAND".
THANKS FOR REMINDING THAT I WILL BE BETTER OF LOSING MY MONEY TO THE INDIAN TRIBE CASINO'S AT LEAST THERE IS A POSSIBILTY OF WINNING ONCE IN A WHILE. I LOOK FORWARD TO DETOURING AS MANY PEOPLE ASPOSSIBLE FROM THIS WEBSITE!!! |

I stopped right there. If the OP thinks he can just watch some hands and conclude with it defying statistical probabilites right there and then, the rest of the post must be complete garbage as well. |

I hate to agree, but I do.....the probabilities are just way too out of whack. This site defies the normal odds. I realize this is done with a computer program, but the odds should be plugged in for normal play....you absolutely do not lose in "real" poker that often with AK suited, or a flopped flush and someone has a bigger one....just too often. You aren't making enough by playing real???

first off, i am no fan of the folks who believe every online sight to be rigged..
could be, could not be, either way.. you still hit that ever presant
'deposit' button when you go broke.
if it worried you that much you'd bail.
that out of the way.. i'd like to make an impartial comment on that quote.
Simply put... the higher the dollar amount on the table the higher the rake.. still dont think its rigged.
buck up or get out.. er stay in.. dont care..
good luck everyone.
Get rich. |

| i was playing in an 18man 20+2 sng, and tried to find other tables the chip leader was playing at, however he was not in the FTP system. i sent an email to fulltilt, they told me to double check the spelling. the spelling was correct, and i also searched many variations of the same player ID, and nothing. i have the email, with the correct spelling of the player. what is the deal? |
