There are two major problems i have with fulltilt at the momment.
Issue # 1: My friend named Peter Stein is missing over $700 dollars from his account pwsox87. Fulltilt randomly closed his account and accused of collusion. There was over $700 in his account when it was closed. Several weeks later, they re-opened his account and sent an email, he has this email for proof, that said the account balance was restored, and the account was re-opened. When he logged into his account, there was $0.00. He requested a Hand history to make sure the account was not hijacked, and his last hand shows him with a few hundred, and there are no recent transactions. This concerns me slightly because he owes me $200 and he wanted to pay me online. He has sent over 30 emails to fulltilt, and he has not been answered, no explanation, nothing. He even changed his email address and sent many more emails, and still, nothing. PLEASE FULLTILT RESPOND TO HIM AND HELP HIM!

Issue # 2: My account illman05 was just closed because fulltilt said i had multiple accounts. My name is Anthony Fuller and i have only made and played on one fulltilt account, illman05. They say my main account is pwsox87, but that account is in my friend PETER STEIN's name, and only he has played on that account. I only had $30 in the account, but still, how can they say my friend and i are under one account when i have only made and played on one account in my lifetime? I am not sure how they can do that. I would appreciate it if fulltilt would realize that i have only used one account, and only have one account, and that my account illman05 will be reopened with its balance intact! THANK YOU! is there any way i can do anything, or my friend, if fulltilt doesn't reply or help us?

Just like how you didn't need to email FTP 30 times, you don't need to post this more than once.

THAT JUST HAPPENED TO ME! Full tilt shut my account and I have emailed them about 20 times in the last 2 days, still not one email back to fix the problem. I have alot of money in my account and there are no phone #s to contact anyone. But when I had problems depostiting money they were quick to give me a phone # to fix the problem and get the money in. I think this has maybe happened to alot of people and they are getting alot of emails and it is going to take a long time for them to respond. Let me know if you get the problem fixed so I know what to do.

Pay attention: they said you have multiple accounts, not that you and another person are playing on the same account.

This often happens with spouses and roommates because you share an IP address. If two accounts are on the same computer or IP address how is Full Tilt supposed to know that you and Peter are, in fact, two different people sharing a living space rather than one person creating multiple accounts using different names?

I also suspect that when you, or Peter, were straightening out the earlier issues you did a poor job of clarifying the situation...see above...creating additional confusion about who has how many accounts and so that was why your account was shut down.

Assuming that FT gets back to you, you must be crystal clear in your explanation: Two people, one address. If you can make this clear your problems should largely go away.
