I only called pre flop as there was no one left to act behind me and could have gotten away from the hand if i missed the flop.
Was i right to push with this hand ?
Should i have led out and bet instead of check raising?
Could i have gotten away from it ?

The omaha experts might say to lay this down pre flop, but after the flop in tourney omaha and your stack you have to push. You had to think the opp had outs on the flop. Just unfortunate.

In this tournament it could be read dependent. If this guy has been pretty tight and is the typical Raise = AAxx/KKxx player, you could find the fold. QQxx with one suit out of position isn't the type of hand you'd want to play in that position. If this guy's been ultra aggressive, then you may be able to justify the pre-flop call and re-evaluate on the turn.

I like that C/R on the flop. It entices him to bet at you if he's been pretty aggressive, and you very likely have the best hand. Plus if he really did have AAxx, you'd have to imagine your flush outs are still good. It's very likely that I'm taking the train to busto-town if I've seen the flop with that hand.

QQ42 is not a good hand pre-flop. The QQ is good, but your other cards don't work. After the flop I would have pushed, too. Just got unlucky.

You're basically playing with just QQ and a queen high flush draw, and that's not good. Your flush might not be good if you hit, so a set is really the only thing you can hope to hit here. Tough luck post-flop, but if you muck it pre-flop, you are never in that situation.
