im not nathan.
you count from the top. not the bottom.
you take the lowest 5 cards that dont pair up and you count those 5 from the top.

Check in C:Program FilesFull Tilt PokerHandHistory to see if you have the hand history saved. If you do then you can send it to FTP support and make a complaint and I am sure they will straighten out the situation.
If you do have the hand history could you please post it here before you send it to support. I am inclined to think you might have made an error before thinking FTP's software screwed that up. |

I don't have the hand history so i will ask them,, it's funny that a poker room with 40000 players don't even have a phone number...
