| Comrad, You will generally get very little response from the pros on here. It seems that most are so consistantly pestered w/stupid questions and comments, they've stopped responding(hard to blame them). There are a couple of guys who represent the site and play regularly that will respond to real questions and conversation. Erick Lindgren, Perry Freidman and Steve Brecher have all been very cordial to me in the past. |

| Well you definately can't blame them for getting fed-up with the idiotic posts in that section of the forum. I have been able to talk to Allen, Richard, and John at the tables though. |

what about when people post questions in the format that the moderator asked, clearly listing the question and what pro it is directed towards, and the questions are never answered. the pros can look for their name and not worry about all the posts you are talking about, yet they rarely answer with the exception of the few that are mentioned in this thread.
some pros are getting compensated by the site, one would think it would be an obligation easily fulfilled by looking for their names in the ask the pro's thread headings. |

| I think that they do their best to reply to questions. Responding to threaded discussions, like email, can be a full-time job in and of itself. There are many questions that are repeatedly posted to which they do not need to repeatedly reply. Many, certainly not all, of the questions that have been posed, in regard to game play, have responses that can be found in their "Tips from the Pros" articles, or even in previous posts. It's worth just doing a simple author based search of this forum, since there are certainly a lot of good pro tips that can be located throughout the forum. Of course, there are some who like to ask very personal questions and it is quite unfair to expect them to answer any question that is not directly related to improving an individual's game. |

ive spoken to ivey twice about what music he likes to hear in the GIGANTIC headphones (i believe it was JAY-Z, Kanye west, etc.) and whether or not he would be playing at the WPT Borgata open, cuz i played in it and i wanted to know if he would be there.
But in my opinion, the NICEST, most FRIENDLY guy is John D'Agostino, hes cool as hell, his chat is almost always on - and hell talk to you most of the time as long as you arent a retard - him ive spoken to many times --- but thats AT a table not on the forums lol i DOUBT any of them read this stuff |

while i believe the FTP pros should respond to questions addressed to them in the ask the pros section, i really got to give it up to some of them who play at FTP
i was watching ivey play last night and despite playing high stakes was talking with table observers, despite most of them being asses. have seen lots of other pro's chatting while playing, like matusow, flack, brecher, and think that is awesome.
last night ivey actually started out on peanuts nl, think it was .50/1, how often do you see that |
