I'm having the same exact problem. I withdrew $800 into mywebatm from my FTP account. And then it became frozen. I was unable to withdraw it in anyway, i also could not deposit it back into my fulltilt account. I wish fulltilt would have let us know that this comany was A FRAUD. Or would have done some research before suggesting it as a form of payment to it's players. Fulltilt cliams to have no responsibility but we'll see if lawyers have any say in that. I think we'll have a better chance of a lawsuit against fulltilt then mywebatm. Or atleast they'll offer a settlement. Can't wait for this to get out on tv. See if all the pros wear their sponsor after finding out that fulltilt knowingly suggested a payment form to their players with 0 knowledge of the company then said "oh too bad" when it turned out to be a fraud. If anyone is thinking about getting a lawsuit together, if we team up we can get a much bigger settlement.

Seriously, what fulltilt makes at least $100k a day? They can have all my account information and refund me and have their lawyers go after Mywebatm and still turn a profit. Instead the response is "it's a seperate company, too bad" Still waiting for a reply to my email from fulltilt, hopefully the support team will be more help then the deposit help at 888-845-8729

MYWebAtm has had $500 of MY money since April 19th--will be 2 weeks tomorrow. Every time I call they have another excuse. Yesterday they told me the "hold" was released on the 30th at 2:05pm by Christina so they have no idea why I can't transfer it out. What a load of crap. They put me into Christina's voice mail and I have yet to receive a call back...big surprise eh?

I say we gather our forces and try to get FTP to own up to their HUGE mistake by even offering this horrible company to us.
Lawyers might not be a bad way to go here; we have nothing to lose but FTP certainly does!

i'm in with johlert and dixie. lawyers may be the only way that ftp will listen.
But I do think that exposure of ftp's involvement is a better way and less costly. Unfortunately, I'm not very computer literate, but I'm sure someone can tell us how to get the message out. Anyone????

Christie- ftp doesn't care what you think or about your situation with mywebatm. Just ask the rest of us.

^^^Hey dog......have you had the misfortune of losing money to MywebAtm? If not, then you have no idea what it's like.
No one said that FTP has our money. What we said was FTP recommended this deposit method and IT DOES NOT WORK. FTP made a deal with this company which is why it is one of the 2 deposit methods for the US players. FTP needs to contact them on our behalf...afterall it is in their best interest. Without our deposits we can't play poker!

I have done some research on this and found some very disturbing things.

Mywebatm is associated with the company ebsg. It is the logo on the cards of mywebatm. Under the about us info at www.esbg.net it says the CEO is Masih Madani. He is also the CEO and founder of Oncaldera (http://www.oncaldera.com/about.html). Both companies websites claim to provide a similar service that Mywebatm does. All sites seem to be conected directly.
Oncaldera: 818-442-6000
- If you push 1 for sales, it says "if you are calling to dispute a charge with VoipTalk, please call" then the only option is to leave a voicemail
- If you push 2, your only option is a voicemail
- If you push 3, it takes you to the same automated system mywebatm does
ESBG: 818-442-6000 The same number as Oncaldera
MyWebATM: 866-746-7246
-Says they're available 24/7 but you can no longer get through to anyone (if you can please post otherwise, I have called hundreds of times and have not gotten through since tuesday may 1st.)

After looking into it further I found out that another company is linked to this. HMSBlue. http://www.hmsblue.net/
Their phone number is 818-442-6000, the same as Oncaldera. And I found more information on them.
http://www.ripoffreport.com/reports/ripoff48862.htm
http://www.ripoffreport.com/reports/ripoff40685.htm
When calling that number and trying to talk to sales by pushing 1, it says they are no longer associated with VoipTalk. Yet you are unable to get a hold of anyone.

Masih Madani is also the CEO of yet another company.
http://www.icreditretriever.com/index.html

Under the about us sections of the sites (that the link works) Masih Madani claims to have been the Chief Technology Officer & Chief Information Officer at iPayment, Inc.

I have emailed that company which appears to be completly legit and am planning on calling them tomorrow.

I will continue to research this and see what legal action I can take. Anyone else who is in the same boat let me know. Also I am looking for anyone who has the email that fulltilt sent out when mywebatm first came about. If anyone has this please post so and I will give you my email.

[quote="DeadDutch"]I have about 200.00 stuck at MyWebATM and I will never use them again. Today I called after my deposits to FTP were denied for the third time and the MyWebATM person told me that the systems were down and to try back in an hour.

You may not use them again, but read the user agreement. They will still charge that monthly fee.

Now when you go to MyWebATM.com, you are directed to Go Daddy.com. On Friday, I transferred my last $12.05 to my bank account. I hope it gets there. I will be using ePassporte from now on. My Master Card debit card works great with FTP, but you still need a way to withdraw your funds. I was planning on switching from MyWebATM anyway because of their limits. Now that my EPassporte Visa card is active, I will. I read somewhere on the web that MyWebATM was based out of Panama.
