My OH/OH8 skills leave something to be desired. However after the flop, I think you have a good enough low draw to stick around. You might not make the high even if you hit the wheel, but with 543A, you're probably going to be good for the low.

As it played out, you're lucky and run into someone who overplays top pair all the way down and you suckout a straight and scoop the pot. Wink

Normally, your hand isn't even worth defending your blind, even heads-up. But there are a couple of variables that i think aren't being taken into consideration here that would justify your play. First, this is a sit n go, not a cash table. Therefore, cleaning out a short stack will increase your earnings whereas in a cash table you make money directly as a result of the hand you play. Secondly, you have to consider (especially in a low stakes sng) how aggresive the player has been during the course of a game. In this case, the player leads out on TT with a weak low and continues to push with a weak hand. If you have seen him play in this fashion throughout the game, then by all means i can see defending your blind and hoping to hit a flop, knowing that you could easily relieve this poor chap of his obligation to continue in the tournament when he is obviously not fit.

In summation, I would say that 120 into a pot of 420 is a small price to try to catch a fish (provided my intuitions are true regarding your opponent; I would like to hear if I am in fact right). 8)
