Does anyone know a number at which I can contact the FullTilt Staff? They hardly provide any infromation on the site... sort of makes me upset.

there is no phone number for full tilt, but you can email them.

Correspondence is by email only. That was the reply when I mailed support asking for a phone number to call.

Again, there isn't a phone number for support. You need to email them at support@FullTiltPoker.com.. They are very good about responding in a timely manner. Just give them some time and GL.

Sigh. They have been in the past. I emailed them a question six days ago and got a reply yesterday. Unfortunately this was their reply...

It has been 3 days since i've been able to log in to my account...I think something must have happened during the latest software updates??? I have e-mailed Support several times, and am not getting great results. Why say that support is available 24/7 if it is not going to be? Mad

emailing multiple times just clogs up the system even more, you're all screwing yourselves over

just be patient, and if you can provide more details about you r problem then maybe its something someone here knows how to fix- if not, be patient

I don't understand if it is their SOLE purpose to reply to emails, that they can't do it in less than two days. Do they have two people working support? This makes me miss Party Poker so bad. You would get a reply within a few hours. On here, getting a reply is like pulling teeth.

I hav not been able to get a response from FTP for over five hours regarding that I can not log onto my account. Am registered in a tournement in a minute and won't be able to play cause of this ****. This happened on June 3rd as well and screwed me then too.

What does FTP do regarding these situations?

I liked the phone support on Party Poker. They were very helpful. Too bad they threw off the us players.
