A thousand thanks to a friend of mine on another forum for introducing me to this setup. I played a game tonight and it felt much like my previous home (Ongame).
1. Download and install AutoHotKeys

2. Download the AutoHotKey script for Full Tilt Poker

Now, when you open the FullTilt.ahk file, AutoHotKeys will start and you'll see a green "H" in your tray. When your table window is in focus, pressing F1 will move and click the "Check/Fold" button or "Muck hand" depending on the action.
F2 will move and click the "Call" button or "Show hand".
F3 will move and click the "Raise" button.
Pressing "ESC" will move to the bet size window and double click it so you can type a bet amount before hitting F3.
While it would be nice if these were implemented in the software, the AHK workaround is quite good. The config file is a simple text file and the help menus should allow you to tweak it so "R" was raise, "F" was fold if you wanted to do it that way. Check/Call might be tricky with the mnemonic devices, however since check is the left button with fold.
I think this should be the final update. I downloaded and tried this on the Full Tilt resizeable beta and it worked, but the clear bet was a little close to the "Max Bet" for my liking, so I tweaked it a touch more and I think this could be the final setup.
It's probably easier to just copy/paste this into a blank notepad document and save it as "FullTilt.ahk" than to upload it and go though the hassle with Putfile.
