Hi there all at the full tilt forums.
I am new here at full tilt,cut my teeth playing at other sites and want to try FT now.
I am having problems making my first deposit.First up i am from UK(Scotland to be exact) so no probs with the law here,i am using a visa debit card and the bloody thing keeps getting rejected.( yes there is money in my account).
What i am hoping to find out is if there is a phone number i can call to get some assistance from someone,i have tried using the phone number on the webby but line just goes dead.
I figure this is a US number so how do i dial it from UK or is there a number that us europeans can call for assistance??

Im not sure what that number is.....................but if its an 800 one its prolly for usa only.......................generally speaking you have to dial the country code( which for usa is of course 01) followed by the area code then the actual number.

Update.
Received response from FT support,saying that there could be a problem with my name and address not matching and a phone number to call if i need any help.
Well i checked for any mistakes in my details found none.Instead of phoning support thought i would try neteller first.
Now have a neteller account,have deposited some funds into FT and i'm ready to play,maybe see ya's at the tables.

Should any other Euro's have same prob the number to call is 00+1+888-845-8729

I have used epassporte for a couple years now, but have recently had problems with them reverifying my debit card. I was going to get a pre-paid visa but before hand i tried using my debit card straight through full tilt. I expected this to not work, but it went through in a matter of seconds (no epassporte fees either) I reccomend people trying this, I'm guessing some banks it works for and others not. I'm assuming I can still withdraw into my epassporte account since it's linked to my checking account and has nothing to do with my debit card...just to let people know

I don't know why Full Tilt and some other sites are so hard to deposit to when others are so EZ. I can't speak about returns except at one site that took a week to send a refund check and it bounced. They were very appologetic and sent another check but I was out the bank fee and the time. Absolute Poker is a cinch. I just used my regular credit card - it didn't go through - I got a message to wait a moment and try again. I did and it went right through. The charge on my card came through as some strange company. I don't know about withdrawals though.
But the best solution I've found for deposit and withdrawal problems is returning to the brick and mortor card rooms. No problems there.

i was a part of the neteller exodus a few months ago when they stopped doing business with US players. I hadn't deposited or withdrawn any money since then (I didn't have a need to) until very recently. i didn't know whether to open a new payment processor account or try something else. i looked at the options and noted that it said visa and mastercard were an option, which i was surprised about. I have a mastercard debit card from my bank back home (which is a smaller bank, i.e. not WaMu, citi, etc.)... I used that option and deposited $600. It was there INSTANTLY. this was right from my checking account.

as far as withdrawing, i don't know if i'll open a payment processor account or try the check.

can't get my money transfered to to my@passport paytrucard acct.it has been 6 days trucard says they don,t take credits from fulltilt only debits to fulltilt
