| Mine was approved on May 8th and it finally hit my account today. I hope the check withdrawals come a lot quicker than a month. |

Trying to make withdrawal and now there is ZERO option to get money out.
How about an update and real explanation as to why Full Tilt is unable to give players their money? |

1st: last post said NO OPTION for w/d - really? what about check? ouch.
So: Bank xfer w/ds requested 5/5 and 5/11. Each was approved a few days later. They were paid to my bank on 6/6 and 6/10. So for all of your who are fearful of never getting them... I think they are just severely delayed. Unaccepatable, but you'll get your $$ (I'm assuming).
I 100% completely agree that FT's management of this issue has been 100% unacceptable. I very much like the site, software, backers, and so forth. I'm curious if Team Full Tilt is aware of the issues as I don't imagine they are involved in operations at all. And if so, if the problem is being managed internally for correction - only with absolutely horrible client management or communication - or if it's an issue that will remain a problem over time.
I'd love to stay with FTP but it's hard to justify. |

The only option I have in the withdrawal screen within the cashier is Bank Transfer... I hit 'select' and it pops up a screen that says
"Due to current difficulties with the processing of Bank Transfer withdrawals, we have temporarily suspended cashouts using this option. We expect to have these issues resolved soon. If you wish to make an immediate withdrawal, please choose another cashout option, including paper checks. We expect to resume offering Bank Transfer withdrawals soon."
There are no other options.... paper check? Please... reading here it is taking people months to get a check... and they want you to scan a copy of your DL and then provide copy of utility bill or whatever? Absolutely unacceptable.
What kind of an explanation is that? Zero timeline and zero REAL options to get your money back.

As I posted in another thread, checks are coming quickly. One approved on 6/3 came yesterday, another approved on 6/5 came today! Thats quick.
If people get the check withdrawal option approved, nobody should have a problem.
East coast US btw.
Update: Made a withdrawal last night at 8:15pm, was approved 3 hours later. Seems like they caught up, checks anyway.

Unless you live in Finland. Banks here take ridiculous comissions when you try to cash out checks. |

| Well now I've moved onto PokerStars for the first time.... really didn't like the table interface at first but now I'm liking it all pretty well. The deposit was easy. I'll try a w/d after a while and see. I really hate to see FTP shooting themselves in the foot like this... they have a great brand and base but I this is really going to screw that up. |

| I have been waiting for 2 weeks now for my bank transfer and still have not seen it. I emailed cashier @fulltiltpoker.com twice and still have not received a response. How long does this take? |

| I moved on as well. I'm waiting for a transfer of 2500 approved may 23rd. I was expecting it in 7-10 days like full tilt stated. It has caused me many headaches. I have late fees etc. etc. Anyway i moved on to Ultimate Bet and its been pretty good so far. Deposited 50 and up to 420 in two days. Hopefully it will continue. As far as the site goes I prefer Full Tilt graphics and just my familarality with the site But they lost me for good just check up on forum to see when i'm getting my money. Once i do i'm outta here. FULL TILT CUSTOMER SERVICE IS THE WORST. THEY DON'T CARE ABOUT ANYONE. |

where do you get that info moderator. I requested a withdrawal may 2nd approved may 4th and the check was sent out may 13th. yesterday I had to put a stop payment on the check because it had not arrived yet (29 business days after request). and request a new one. 10 days after full tilt suggested I stop payment and request a new check (june 2nd). now I have to wait another 5-7 business days for them to make sure the check wasnt cashed, then time for them to send the check out ( which was 10 days after approval on my first attemtdays. then another 15 business days for my check to reach me. that puts me around mid july for a withdrawal that was originally requested may 2nd. I'm tired of full tilt reps giving out bad info. dont tell people that a check is quicker cause it will only make them more upset that they were lied to when their check doesnt show up. |
