I have been very patiant like most however the lack of communication is even worse thatn the problem itself, If only an email could be responded to in less than 5-6 days or a mod get on this subject here in the forum we all would not feel so abused!

Hmm... Just went reading up on the processors, to see what's still legit and not etc, since I'm thinking of comming back soon. Seems I do not see the epassporte and others that used to be in there. This one seems possibly like the best option "Ultra Prepaid" IF it has withdrawl feature too ? Didnt happen to see withdraw option listed.

Basicaly I guess I am asking what option still is accepted by ftp as of right now that has withdrawl options after setup of an account. Cause as far as depositing I assume prepaid visa still work with 100% efficiency , but we still need a proccesor to witdraw to.

I am writing to this forum in an attempt to get some answers and to possibly warn those who wish to join/deposit money with Full Tilt. My story here is very similar to others that have recently posted here. It is not a secret that many players have been experiencing problems with their withdrawals. I made a withdrawal back on April 17th and another on April 18th yet here I am with empty pockets. I received an email from the full tilt staff stating that they were incurring problems with their processors or what have you, along with an apology for the delay. I was told that I would receive the funds no later than May 23rd, NEVER HAPPENED. Now I am sure that many of you are familiar with this "routine” because I have seen similar situations posted on this forum. Not only is it frustrating not to have the funds, but more of a slap in the face not to have responses to your emails. Anyway, if there is anyone out there who has had this happen to them please speak up. You are not alone I am sure. Even if you only withdrew $100 and did not yet receive it, it's still your money, the money that you worked for. It's sickening how many tireless hours’ people invest in playing and the moment they win a little change, they are restricted from putting it in their pockets. I am not one of those individuals who want to spark up a half-hearted class action suit. My intentions are more realistic, and attainable. The simple truth here is that people have a power, the power of voice. If you are one the many individuals who feel as though an injustice has be done to you, well then take 5 minutes and post a reply. Alone, we may not be that frightening to corporate monsters such as Full Tilt, yet people in numbers are a powerful force. They may enjoy hiding behind their "selective-reply" email address, and the luxury of not having a contact number. But there are effective ways to get through these barriers, and it's in the form of voice, whether it is on a forum or maybe even an inquiry to the INTERNET CRIME COMPLAINT CENTER (IC3), or perhaps the US National BBB. They may not accept our phone calls or respond to our emails, but they damn sure will hear the hundreds, perhaps thousands of voices. I’m just an ordinary player who enjoys the thrill and complexity of the game. It’s disheartening to know that these sites can take your money in an instant via various deposit methods, yet when it’s time to pay the piper, all you get is a handful of excuses. This is unfair and something needs to be done. It is up to us to speak out against these injustices, and I will gladly be the first in leading the way!

ITS ALL ABOUT GETTING WHAT WE EARNED AND SPENT COUNTLESS HOURS OBTAINING, YEA, IT MIGHT BE A COUPLE HUNDRED DOLLARS, BUT IF WE OWED FULL TILT A COUPLE HUNDRED DOLLARS OUR NAMES WOULD BE SENT TO COLLECTIONS! Many thanks on the positive remarks. It is time that our frustrations be recognized and respected. We have all given FTP more than ample time to compensate us. Their prolonged disregards to our emails are offensive, and we have all had enough! This is no laughing matter. We urge that all sufferers of these injustices flood the forums with your complaints. Although I am but one voice, together our voices will damage the deceitful foundation Full Scam Poker.

I received squat as usual but I did receive an e-mail explaining everything from the wonderful support system. It was titled, "chip values by Bill Elder." I haven't read it yet because I could beat Bill Elder blindfolded and also because I'm scared he'll tell me the value of my chips is zero.

seeing all of you whinning and screaming and posting insane ugly "ascii art" lettering <Term used loosley on your work there tony, is #1 it's pointless to rant in here about your cash as this forum is not the area to get your money from that is directly between you and ftp cashier support.
#2 in the manor that you are ranting raving and posting makes it seem you are either lieing or simply so irritating maybe that is why support is not helping you in a prompt manor ( I have never had an issue with ftp support)


Back to my question Confused since it is ON topic anyone ? users? mods? etc know what's up and is there still a 3rd party proccessor for usa players to withdraw to, like epassporte was ? (especialy since it seems ftp checks are not a good option Rolling Eyes )

No there's no 3rd party to withdraw to (like Epassporte).

This is an email in response to FT shutting my account down due to an incorrect account or routing # input. I have been using echecks successfully for months now, and I must have input a number wrong. So then I had two echeck options to chose from, but couldn't tell whick one was the right one. I emailed them, and they responded not to worry they would make sure the right one was used. Well they didn't. They didn't get their money, and neither did I.


So then you roll out this "New" software to allow us to deposit through echecks. This worked fine the first couple times, but one time I probably got one number wrong and everything went to ****. I have about 5 emails saved from you guys addressing this situation. Your response was "We're working on it." I even emailed you that I had already put in cash outs that I had not received and wanted to made sure you didn't put them into the "Wrong" account. You said not to worry. Well...I'm still waiting for a cashout from mid-APRIL. I won't even go into how Poker Stars has you input information ONCE (account and routing), saves this information, and just has you put your SS# in for future deposits. And guess what, if I mistype a number, a prompt pops up and says "this number is different from the last time you deposited....are you sure??" What a novel idea. It's amazing what technology and computers are capable of isn't it. By the way, I come from a family of computer programmers and this is BASIC CODE that any good programmer should be able to deal with. Had you spent a little money to get it right the first time you wouldn't have wasted my time and would still have a full time player on your site, with no rakebacks, just profit.

On to the next waste of my time....here's your quote..

Actually my account is not open, it won't even let me login. I sent you an email 13 days ago addressing the issue I certainly can't repay you if I can't login. You morons.

So, whenever you geniuses get your **** straight, let me know so I can repay you and not waste any more of my time. It's like I'm dealing with Bodog. I told them a year ago if they didn't get their act together they would be is serious trouble. They now run one of the biggest overlays in online poker tournaments because they can't get enough people to play on their site. You're heading in the same direction.

Please find a way to get me my cashout, and let me repay you. If you can, cancel my cashout, which is for $1000, I'll have a friend transfer $100 into my account, and we'll be even. Whatever you do, do it soon, and don't send me another email with half your facts wrong.

i understand that there has been problems but the bonus account FTP offered is nothing compared to pokerstars 20% compensation. why would i want to deposit more money to chase a bonus when i cant get the money i've waited 4 weeks for.

So for usa players now the only way to withdrawl monies would be an ftp check ? (wich by this thread if believing the people seems about rediculous......)
