| I loaded the money BEFORE they stopped allowing you to deposit at poker sites. Because of the 10 day delay it happened before I was able to use the money. So basically they did offer the service when I loaded and didn't offer the service when my money arrived. I demanded that they redeposit the money in my checking account and refund the fee since they are unable to provide me with the service I signed up and paid for. Of course they refused and irritatingly reminded me I could withdraw the money for a $3 fee. I sent them an official Demand For Payment saying I would file the case in small claims court. I assume they'll laugh at it, but while I don't care about the $8, I do care about being ripped off enough to actually file the claim. Unfortunately I can't figure out where they are located. |
