|
|
Me and a few others have organized a poker league that will consist of 20 tournaments (You can only play in 15 of them). We have already ran one tournament. Anybody can join them, and the buy-in is five bucks. The tournaments run every Sunday night at 9PM ET, and the tournaments are all labeled "message board junkies". The password to get into the tournaments is "forum". You can find them under the private tournaments section of the site. We have a point system to keep track of how everyone does, and once these tournaments are finished, the high point man will get a free Urban Techno Jacket (courtesy of Full Tilt)!!! This jacket can be found in the Full Tilt store, so if you care to join, feel free to do so!
this is our official website... it has the pts leaderboard and other important statistics that you can look at...

| Grip, I just checked out the site and noticed that there are 20 overall but only 6 have been played. I was wondering if it is still worth it to play even though i can't get the maximum 15 in? If not then are there any other leagues like this that are available? Thanks |

I think they're still worth playing, as you can win money, plus FTP points that have been added to the prize pool. If you do well, you do have a chance to win, although it will, of course, be harder for you.
As for other leagues, we are starting a similar 7 stud and omaha league, with the first tourny next thursday at 8:30 eastern time. It's not up yet, but should be within a few days. |

| Thanks Jaconda. pending on the fact of remembering the tourney tomorrow night I am going to try and play. I looked at the leaderboard, and while it will be tough to catch up, looks like there are a bunch of good players playing and not the crappy ones for five bucks. See you tomorrow. Thanks. |

| Jaconda, will it be hi/lo or just high? Also, how much will the buy-in be, and what time will it be held? |

| Just hi, $5.00+$0.50 buy in. There's a thread about this - search for Attention: those who like 7 stud, and you'll find it. |
