In stud hi/lo can you use a card twice for a low pot? For example if you have 7 cards - A A 3 3 7 Q K can you make a hand like 7 3 3 A A or do you have to use seperate cards to make this hand - A 3 7 Q K. I heard that you continue to use un-paired cards until you run out of them. Like if you have A A A 3 3 4 6 to make a hand like - A A A 3 3 or would the hand be A 3 4 6 A?

No, your pairs count as pairs, in the example of AA334QK, your lo hand would be A34QK

Ahh I see. But if you had a hand such as - A A 2 2 7 7 K. What low hand would you make from that? Or is there no low hand?

No, In High-Low games, the five cards in your low hand need to be 8 or lower. So in a hand of A 2 3 4 9 T K, you have no low hand for example, and in your example the lowest hand you could make (if this were Razz) would be a pair of 2s with A7K22.
